2026 Report of the Chair of the UN Sustainable Development Group and System-wide Results

The 2026 Report of the UNSDG Chair on the Development Coordination Office shows how the Resident Coordinator system and the Development Coordination Office are helping the UN development system deliver more coherent, efficient and impactful support to countries at a time of rising global pressure. 

Across more than 160 countries and territories, Resident Coordinators and their offices help align UN Country Teams around national priorities, bring partners together and support integrated action for the Sustainable Development Goals.

The report captures a comprehensive body of evidence, highlightng the efforts of the RC system to coordinate and convene the support of the UN Development System at the country level.
