Our Climate, Our ASEAN | KePodChi EP. 2

“KePodchi” is UNICEF Malaysia's podcast-style session with a light and casual tone. Based on the local Hokkien term Kepochi—colloquially referring to someone who is curious and involved in the issues around them, we’ve reimagined it as KePodchi (pod for podcast, with children and young people taking the lead), reflecting the spirit of youth curiosity, engagement, and action. In this episode, we take you to Langkawi, Malaysia, where youth changemakers gathered at the ASEAN Children and Youth Climate Summit (ACYCS) this September. From discussing climate action and environmental justice to sharing their personal stories and struggles, these young leaders prove that age is no barrier to making a difference.
